We tested countless beans and have painstakingly found our sources for rich coffee beans from the United States, South America, and Africa. We hope you enjoy our coffee as much as we do!

The food offerings served at Sea Salt Coffee Company are also what we personally enjoy as well. While we aim to source our ingredients locally, our menu may change from time to time depending on what is in season. Currently, our most locally sourced ingredients are the fresh Romaine lettuces and other fresh vegetables. The bison in our soup is raised in the United States, and our Prosciutto is imported from Italy and Spain. The ham, bacon, and brown eggs we serve are from some of the top-tier family farms in the country. The tuna we serve is wild caught, and our butter is 100% organic.

Why Keto?

We use the term Keto because it best describes our offerings. Using minimal sugar and avoiding the common allergen of gluten, we employ the use of natural sugar alternatives and almond flour. Sweetness in our recipes is achieved with the use of monk fruit and erythritol (a sugar alcohol used as a low calorie sweetener at only about 6% of the calories found in an equal amount of regular sugar). We clean and sanitize our sandwich presses to ensure safety for those with food sensitivities to dairy and egg.

Bryana Burns is a busy mom who cares about kids and the local environment. Choosing what she likes in a sustainable and health-conscious manner, she soon realized she could turn her love of great coffee—and her passion for healthy meals and snacks—into a business of her own. With the support of friends and family, Sea Salt Coffee Company was born!
